I went to taco bueno for the first time today. I was looking for low carb options and was excited to see they had some on the menu. I ordered a steak salad and unsweet tea. I pulled up to pay and the attendant was busy taking another order so I handed him a 5 and my credit card. I assumed he would know to put 5 towards my bill and the rest on the card. I get my food and drive away and see my receipt says I paid 10.42 on my credit card and 5 cents in cash. I guess could have been a mistake but I feel disappointed and cheated.... read more
An absolute terrible experience. Don't go there. We waited 20 minutes in line just to place our order. When I finally got to the microphone/speaker, I asked what the problem was and was told to be patient. There were no diners inside, only people in the drive theough. Once we placed our order, it was another 20 minutes until we got our order. There was no salsa in our bag so we had to ask for salsa. The line is always long and we waited 15 min for our food. We didn't even get what we ordered. We ordered beef mucho nacho, 3 burritos, and a cheesecake chimichanga. What we was given was 3 tacos. And guacamole and chips. We didn't realize it until we made it home 15 min later. We went all the way back. And they gave us our correct order. We were not pleased with our food. We will not be back to this location.
Ordered the steak fajita platter to go for $9.49. Got home and there was no guacamole, no cheese, no sour cream, no salsa. The one tablespoon of beans were dried up. Two tablespoons of rice. Worst meal from a restaurant ever. No wonder this location was deserted. Do NOT go here.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! have been here three times in the past few months and was always treated like crap by one particular worker named jasmine who would yell and scream at me rudely for no reason, totally unprofessional and totally uncalled for, also service was extremely slow and the food that I ordered was disgusting, it had been all mixed together into one big mess of a pile, I couldn't tell what was what! Have had several bad visits to this Bueno over the last 2 months so I decided to go and talk to the manager yesterday so I spoke to a little Hispanic lady who told me she was the manager, which I have learned she is NOT. Bad customer service. Drive thru is a nightmare, never get what you pay for and when you take the receipt in to prove they have shorted you, not even an apology. Will not be going back.
Wasn't very satisfied on collins. I Like Taco Bueno on Cooper whole lot better. Food is fresh and tastes better too. I came to collins because it was closer to me, turns out it was very disappointing. No one welcomed me. The cashier was in busy in the back doing something due to people always being lazy. I work all day and get tired the least the manager and workers up front can greet me.
