My husband went there to get us dinner the other night...He gets the $5 box..He told the guy taking his order they ALWAYS mess it up..The guy a sured him it will be right...LOL YEA RIGHT, IT WASNT..my burrito looked like a lettuce only burrito..I wish it would let me post the picture I took.. They didnt even have TWO of the things I wanted, BUT ITS ON THE MENU ONLINE..
I waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes only to drive up to the ordering menu and be told they're closed. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because they were taking their sweet time filling the orders in front of me. That was the slowest moving drive-thru I had ever been in and the dining room was closed so there is no excuse for it.
can anyone explain to me what this cold red clump of unidentifiable digustingness is that i found in my quesadilla today? it was quite the capper to the miserable experience I had from start to finish. if you're thinking about visiting this particular location... skip it
got in line at 8:10pm, waited in the drive thru line until 8:31pm before getting to the ordering window. Watched the four cars in front of us that had already made there orders leave while we where still at the order window. At 8:37 a person finally asked what we would like, i said 2 muchacos. he replied we dont have any and we are tring to close so they wouldn make any. took over an hr in drive-thru... poor service. Forgot part of order.
hire people that take pride in what they do. appreciate they have a job. the food at this location is horrible. constantly getting shorted on orders, they don't fill the taco and I have pictures to show. never have enough salsa & firehouse. my order yesterday was nasty. the salsa was old and spoiled
SUPER slow even in the drive through. never have enough employees working.
