I have been a Bueno Head since the 70's when they opened in Wichita KS. Today I experienced several emotions disappointment, anger and satisfaction. I got my order took it home and found out not only was it made wrong but several items were missing. I took the order back to the store and vented, and then shift manager Bobby with very calmly apologized and asked if I would mind waiting while He made the entire order over after explaining he was training a new person on the line. Customer service was good, food was awful. The chips were soggy and burrito shells were hard at tje edges.
LOVE Taco Bueno. Went there all the time in Texas. About wrecked on the interstate getting to the exit when I saw the sign!
Food is good once you get it. I would HIGHLY recommend the drive thru to place your order though as it takes priority.
