Most disrespectful GM I’ve genuinely ever met. I ordered wrong and when trying to fix my order they got a manager like there was an issue, there was never a problem. Then, the GM proceeded to tell me I get what I pay for when I was quite literally ready to pay again to fix the mistake. Terrible attitudes over 3$ nachos, the customer is always right and this should never have been handled this way, this location needs better training, staff and customer support do better , wont be coming back anytime soon
I need to take it off the internet that Long John silver's is there still drove all the way there and Long John silver's is not even there no more it should have said that on the internet search when I looked up Long John silver
Waited in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me for 23 minutes and was just about late getting back from lunch break without eating. Service is a joke watched through the window as people stood around no one working.
