Best Taco Bell in the Plano area, hands down. Food is hot, accurate, fast, and the best prepared I've ever seen in the brand. The staff are very friendly and accomodating and the premises are well kempt and pleasent to be in. Well Done. Edit: Something changed along the way, theres almost always a kitchen crisis of some kind in the evenings, and I've had it twice now where I sit in the lobby staring at my to go food getting cold, and after 10 minutes have to walk up to the counter and ask if thats my food

I come to this location maybe frequently because I work near by. I've never had a problem until now! I ordered 2 loco taco when I get to the window to pay for my food I stated split payment she said I can't do that like that I didn't understand so I took it as if she couldn't do a split payment, until she asked for the cash first....then I stated so you can do a split payment she said,THAT'S WHAT I SAID (VERY RUDELY)!! This location is terrible. I sat in the drive thru line alone for 4-5 minutes with one car ahead at the window. Finally I pulled around and went inside. There were two employees inside and they both ignored me until finally I said, are you guys open? A woman walked to the counter and she said yes.
