Unbelievable. I have never experienced this level of pure, lazy incompetence at a fast-food joint in my life. Trapped in the drive-thru from 12:49 a.m. until 1:07 a.m., and I left completely empty-handed and furious. I tried to order a Chicken Chalupa, and the girl on the speaker says they're out of chicken and it'll take 10 minutes. 2 Regular Tacos and 2 bean burritos is what I get. It's around $13.00 Too much money for just one person.
10pm...the front door is open...we walk in and attempt to order food. We are told that we have to use the drive through because the dining area is closed. We ask if we simply can order through them inside and take it to go. They say no. That's pathetic. Don't make me go through the drive through to just talk to you again through a headset. Taking our business elsewhere. Lost a $50 order. Lack of any human interactions at ALL taco bells is disgusting. Stop making us use the board to order. Tired of this
It was my first time visiting Taco Bell this late around 10 which I didnt know, and I was unfamiliar with the ordering process.
