Feels like there's a cloud over this Taco Bell. Closed half of the time when we try to go (during normal business hours). Cashier has a bad attitude when it's open. Hard pass unless you're out of alternative options.
Doors were locked at 2PM. Someone popped them open then disappeared. I stood at counter and asked "are you open?" in a loud voice 3 times, then after NO response, gave up and left. To be generous, I did not feel welcomed
