Taco bell is taco bell... Nuf said
This taco bell is actually pretty solid. I'm just giving this a one-star review in hopes that the owner or a manage will see it and fix the fact that most of their options are not available on their online menu. Very annoying when trying to order online. If this is fixed it goes to five stars!
Waited 30min for our food after ordering on the kiosk. When I finally decided to say something, it was difficult to get their attention even for anyone else in the lobby; No one there wants to deal with customer service…they literally struggled to pick who is going to take care of it in-front of all the customers, a “No you do it” situation…which is extremely rude given the fact that— it is a fast food environment where customer service should also be priority. Wanted chicken strips, got something that looked like dog poop in a bag. Also paid for bottled water at the kiosk, but they only offered a cup of soda-machine water after I asked the cashier. When I asked for a refund, she said she didn’t know how, and told me soda costs the same anyway—so I guess I ‘upgraded’ to sticking with it. Hilariously bad.
