I decided to get something to eat from Taco Bell this evening for me and my wife. We drove up to the drive thru kiosk and placed our order of one chicken burrito supreme along with two soft and two hard tacos. This should have been a simple order to put together for us. Employees have an attitude and refused to help me not understanding I did not order my food through DoorDash but the Taco Bell app. I was told it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. I ordered over $100 in food for 7 people and half the order was missing. This is ridiculous and they are delusional if they think this is okay. I would rate it lower if possible. Have had very inconsistent service and it took a major turn for the worse when I had horrible customer service from the “manager “ when dealing with a huge amount of our order missing. No refund was ever given and no food was replaced. I love Taco Bell food but honestly they have repeatedly given horrible experiences for my family and after a huge debacle where food wasn’t replaced or money refunded (it was 100$) it is time to find a different option for takeout night for my family.
Chasity it’s Terrible!!!! Sometimes you gotta let go of the bad apples and start over! Bro like seriously. Lazy work ethic. Why are dashers waiting 45 mins to an hour for small orders. You got one person on the line that don’t move faster then a slug. Store floor look like a tornado. Bad management running this location.got people coming in grabbing drinks.
