I used to work here and it was disgusting both in terms of store cleanliness and food handling. The (possibly ex) general manager (woman, white, short hair, ~50yo) was rude, both when I was a customer and employee. I entered the store recently to pick up and deliver an order. While waiting for them to prepare it (2 hours overdue. "Printer error" was stated cause) I considered ordering lunch for myself, but decided to use the restroom first due to the excessive wait time.
