I know at night we are limited. But PLEASE just avoid this one and go to hill road. The accuracy on orders at this place is awful.
We were greeted by the general manager (Roosevelt) upon arriving ..and we immediately felt welcome! Fantastic food/environment... but the service was our favorite part! Job well done 👏
genuinely what?!? i ordered a mango brisk tea and wasn’t giving something completely different. Staff looked annoyed with the fact i wanted it to be remade. I’m shocked the rest of my order was correct, spent 16 dollars on food that wasn’t even made correctly, will not be coming back.
We had an issue with our order and the gm Roosevelt fixed it!! Will be coming back
Had an issue with my order tonight; called and talked to Roosevelt, AGM. He was very apologetic for the mishap and willing to remedy the situation. I did return for my order to be fixed and was very pleased with the service. Roosevelt took care of me and made sure I left a happy customer and willing to return again. You are a GREAT asset to this location!
