Would give zero stars if i could. Very horrible. Will never go again . Need people to check to see if customer is at register. Waited 5 minutes just for a water cup then couldn't order food cause no change and wasnt accepting cash
The employees here have taken a unique approach to selling products. They put the ingredients of your main item along with the cinnamon twists and packets of sauce into a bag and let you assemble it yourself. I'm grateful they didn't put napkins in the bag as well or assembling my taco would have been a greater challenge! I don't understand their urgency since I was the only car in the drive thru and there were no customers inside.
I waited 10minutes at the drive thru order, for an online order & it was still missing 2 items. And getting home we found the food was made poorly & was cold, despite it just being made (hence the 10min wait time).
Order number 66 at 3:04 pm 9/2/2026 (Drive-thru). Was really looking forward to eating because it was my first time I could eat since surgery so two days no food,boy did I want that grilled cheese burrito. It felt (light) when they gave it to me but they handed me and extra large bag for somereason so I thought maybe the way it sat in the bag was why it felt light. I seriously don't know why I keep coming back. Every time I think it can't get any worse but somehow it does. I ordered in the app, no problem, 3 crunchy tacos. Paid in the app, drove to the drive thru... 11:30 to beat the lunch rush, no problem. Get up to the speaker, give them my name, "Please pull around." All good so far... I get to the window...
