We went through the drive thru today and ordered 3 meals it was all in one bag so we didn’t notice until we got home that they left 2 items out of our meals.. It looked like it was just threw together! We usually stop there whenever we come to Harrisonburg but the way it was today I probably want be coming back anytime soon!
Best Taco Bell in Harrisonburg!Everything was hot and great.we shared the big value box. Music was alittle funky but considering the area and our old age it was understandable. 😂
Frequently, they are out of items that I have ordered in the app so I quit using it. I’ve had on more than one occasion missing items or the wrong items or the items such as the caramel empanadas are dried out and cold. Today, I ordered at the drive-thru and when I got home I only had half orders. The Nacho fries were half empty and the 10 piece Diablo chicken nuggets that’s on the receipt, was only a 5 piece plain nugget order. I called and the response was less than helpful.
