Normally, I find Taco Bell food reliable because I order simple things like Bean and cheese burrito and regular soft tacos. I went thru Drive Thru last time and when I got home, the entire meal was inedible. The problem was poor initial prep and poor crew. A typical problem in Harrisonburg fast food scene. I will avoid.
Very fast and friendly. They made sure my special request was honored and everyone was very kind to me and each other behind the line.
Also ways dirty inside, food always taste like it’s been sitting out for more than a day, workers are rude & lazy. I tried to give this place multiple chances & it’s always bad. Tacos always crushed, chalupa shells always stale.. there’s a reason this places only has 3 stars. Absolutely disgusting
I don’t typically leave reviews after bad experiences, but this was actually disgusting. I had walked into this Taco Bell once a while back, and the place smelled foul. I don’t mean just a slight smell, the stench was extremely strong. I can’t really describe it, but it kind of smelled like stale air, sweat, and rotten vegetables.
