Always a S-Hole of a place to eat. Never clean, staff always cranky or bitching about something. Never helping each other. Push drive through orders over counter orders. Waited 30 minutes for my food, while they processed at least a dozen orders through drive through and a couple kiosk orders (Mine was through the app, so it shows just how much priority they place on EVERY customer)
We were being held hostage in the drive thru because "there's too many people inside" for them to run the drive thru. after sitting there for 10-15 minutes we decided to go inside because we already paid for our food. There are literally only 2 people sitting inside and 4 different people waiting for orders at the counter. Nobody was answering the drive thru and one of the dudes who looked like he was supposed to be running the drive-thru was goofing off when we walked in.
