I’ve never seen a Taco Bell so disorganized. Our whole order was wrong. We went back to get it again and there was no apologizing. Or any communication. They just asked again what we wanted and just gave it to us. And again the order was wrong but this time we just gave up. We wanted Pepsi with light ice and the whole cup was filled with ice. Hot, fresh, and fast with a side of excellent service.
Food was served through the drive-thru window really really fast and was not fresh at all oh my God like it the potatoes were just dried out like just yuck and it's always like that during the day lately the last few weeks
This place is worthless. I made a pick up order. There was sour cream on items that was not supposed to have sour cream. They would not fix it because it was already in the bag. There where two drinks on my order, I received one. Tried to call to resolve the issue. They would not answer the phone when it rang and it went to busy tone. Worthless. Will not order or eat from here ever again. I hope this place goes out of business.
