I requested a minute to get my order together. I was the only car in the drive thru. Another car pulled behind me and I rolled my window down to order. All of this happened in less than 5 minutes. I was greeted with "I don't have enough time to wait for you to order" in which I proceeded to order. The whole time he gave me attitude even though I was pleasant in return. There were maybe 4 cars in line when we arrived. Took over 20 minutes to get through. I would have overlooked this if my order was right. I ordered 4 Beef Chalupa Supremes and 1 soft taco (which I paid for). But when we arrived home, we discovered 4 hard beef tacos and 1 soft taco. At least the one soft taco was right.
Fast, professional, & always friendly ‼️ Afternoon crew are the friendliest in my opinion!
I was willing to look past the staff getting my orders wrong semi frequently but now the staff are arguing with me and bickering with me over simple orders It's not unreasonable or unusual to request an Item # but just the item without the combo. Whoever takes orders in the morning should be banned from that position.
