This place is such shit. I knew i should have stopped going here the last time they were out of rice and beans. But i went back today. I paid extra for the tomatoes, so im pissed that not only is there no tomato, there's no BEANS, and no sour cream, just all rice. Everything i get here is alway wrong, this is the worst taco bell in the area. Never get a very simple order right, or even tell you there's an issue. Also they have AI in the drive through which gets everything wrong as well. Awful place
We usually have something missing from our order. I always check my order in the parking lot after picking it up from the window.
Ordered through the Taco Bell app. Driver took my order and never delivered it to my work. Manager said to call Doordash and they'll remake it but then never remade it at all. Absolutely ridiculous.
Unfortunately, drive-thru only fulfilled 1/3 of my order. I blame myself for trusting without checking my bag first. :(
