Absolute horrible service and even worse manager, gave me the wrong food twice as I was waiting over 10 minutes for chicken nuggets then proceeds to claim I’m racist since I know a few cops in Bethlehem after that exchange of words, I asked for my money back and she proceeded to say I was trespassed, one of the worst and rudest managers I have ever come across no professionalism at all Taco Bell you need to do better

You guys have like 7 main ingredients on the menu. How in the world do you take so long to make it? 30 minutes for an order is insane. Then I see you guys on their phones while everyone is waiting forever for their order. Blows my mind how these fast food places are now paying good money for people that still suck at their jobs.
