Waited more than 15 minutes for a DoorDash pickup and had to tell the staff 5 times the name on the order
Had a very eye opening experience in the drive through today. I was pulling the app up on my phone to give the code and told her it would take 1 second. She had a very rude annnoyed tone and basically said you can go to the parking lot then because you’re holding the line up (btw there was absolutely no one else in the drive through). By the time she was done saying all she said I had the drive thru code pulled up already so I told her the code and as I was finishing she cut me off with “what do you want”.
