Very disappointed with my experience today. I placed a drive-thru order about 25 minutes ago and specifically asked for a Mexican Pizza made completely vegetarian. When I got home, I found that it contained meat, which is unacceptable when customers clearly request dietary modifications. I also ordered Nachos BellGrande, and the nachos were terrible. Food was prepared great and what I'm really writing's review for is the service. The lady was kind and talked to everyone to make sure that their meals were prepared correctly and that they were delicious. She was very attentive to all of the customers in the store.
Ordered veggie Mexican pizza but got the chicken one
I’ve been to Taco Bell’s in Texas, nj, Kentucky, California, ny, the Carolina’s, Florida Georgia, Alabama, New Mexic, Arizona. And this is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to lol. Every time I’ve went I have had some sort of mix up or problem. The food is typically okay but incredibly inconsistent.
