This place desperately needs better management. Even a simple order can be messed up. On Saturday, one car parked in the parking lot and no one else in the drive-through lane beside me. Despite this, they didn’t complete my order. They didn’t call out my name or anything, didn’t give me napkins and for some reason gave me part of my order in a different bag within the same bag. Not good service at all.

Always messing up the orders. Fries missing, lettuce on my chalupa when I requested not to have it! Clear as day on the damn sticker on the bag says NO LETTUCE. Can you not read??? My husband had to drive all the way back to the store for them to correct an unnecessary screw up!
