Sad because I used to love this location & get decent service. The drive-thru has gone downhill even in the past year. Just got served our food with the bag basically tossed out the window; no straw or sauce. The employee ran off as fast as he could- I had to hop back on the highway to come back through the drive-thru and ask for the missing items. WONT LET CUSTOMERS SHELTER THERE DURING A TORNADO! We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Chicago Thursday. We ordered inside and waited for our food. One of the employees informed us that their mom lives 10 minutes away and there is a tornado by here and it's coming this way. So we stayed inside. Tornado sirens began going off and weather and wind got really bad. The manager informed us that we could not shelter there. They said they had to go into the cooler.
