My food was ice cold and drinks watered down. I placed a mobile order at 10:30am for pickup at 11:30am through the app. Upon arrival I had to asked for the drinks on my order, no big deal. Unfortunately when I made it back to work to eat it was cold. I took a bite and you can see the cheese never melted showing little to no heat was present when they made it. Ordered 2 combos. It's like they intentionally gave me nothing I asked for. They did get my quesadilla right but it wasn't even cut. Just a whole grilled tortilla. Ordered the 3 supreme dorito taco combo. Got two dorito tacos and a plain hard taco... None of them supreme. Asked for a supreme soft taco. Got a plain hard taco. Asked for Baja blast - got regular mountain dew. I'm just disappointed this seems to be the norm for all fast food places in this entire area.
I went tonight and got a Crunchwrap and a Borrito, they left my Crunchwrap out of my bag so I had to go back through the drive thru to get it, I get home and this is what I got. This isn’t what I expected because it was great customer service.
