The crew here is absolutely a joke, no sense of urgency or costumer service whatsoever. The food quality was trash, I love Taco Bell, always have been a fan of the brand and the products but this location and the western avenue are the worst in Knoxville, lazy kids with no work ethic no management or leadership to guide them, if I was the franchise owner I’d be really concerned about my 3.5 star google ranking and quit letting the silver spoon in their mouths brats ruin my reputation cause I assure you a few more months like... read more
If you like waiting 3 hours for your food you should def stop here.
This undoubtedly a top Taco Bell. My husband and I live nearby and we joke that this Taco Bell must be the location they film commercials at bc our food almost always comes out looking better than the photos (I know, unheard of for a fast food restaurant). The staff is so nice and the atmosphere inside is great. We say we have the best Taco Bell in America. Big fans of this location.
Slowest drive thru ever. They won’t let you move up after you order until the car at the window is gone. So they just pile up cars with no one moving. Wouldn’t go here.
