They seem to have made a discussion to not take orders from their counter any more . I stood at there counter to place an eat in order for 3 or 4 minutes were everyone on the kitchen could easily see me (and the clearly did see me) I finally asked if someone could take me order and I was directed to use the Kiask. I informed them that I had a complex order and looked at me like I was stupid and never moved. I just left after letting them know I would rather go somewhere that provided some service. VERY VERY SAD DIRECTION
As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with kindness and friendliness. Ernie the manager and his employees made my dine in experience very comfortable and relaxing. I would come back to this taco bell again if im in the area
The staff at the window tonight 3/20/26 at 7:40 was extremely kind and above and beyond helpful!!! Raises to them !!!!
