Do not go here if you value your time or sanity. The staff is rude and totally irresponsible— they took my order wrong on purpose it seemed, then blamed me for it. Food arrived cold after a 30+ minute wait, and when I asked for a remake, the employee rolled her eyes, sighed dramatically, and said ‘We’re busy, deal with it.’ No sense of responsibility whatsoever. This location’s crew acts like serving customers is beneath them. Embarrassing for the brand
Absolute disaster. The staff at this Taco Bell are the most irresponsible bunch I’ve ever seen. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru while they stood around laughing and playing on their phones. When I finally got my food, half the order was missing, and the employee just shrugged and said ‘not my problem’ before closing the window. No apology, no fix, nothing. They clearly don’t care if customers get what they paid for. Never going back—these people treat their job like a joke.”
“Worst service imaginable. The crew was understaffed as usual, but instead of hustling, they were arguing with each other in front of customers and ignoring the growing line. One guy was so irresponsible he dropped my burrito on the floor, picked it up, and tried to hand it to me like nothing happened. When I complained, the manager (who looked like he was 16) told me to ‘chill out’ and walked away. Zero accountability. Taco Bell needs to fire this entire shift.”
Ordered on the app for delivery. The app indicated they were making my order for 2 hours. Was never delivered. The DoorDash driver was rude when trying to figure out what was going on with the order. I called and they said they were in the process of making my order and that they were busy.
