It is what you'd expect from a fast food pseudo Tex-Mex place. The ladies who work at this outlet during the day are very helpful in placing orders. The ordering screens from Taco-Bell corporate (PepsiCo) are pretty confusing, with prompts etc for things you don't want. They should stop trying to "push" things on their order intake system.
I don't understand how this place can operate when half of their menu is missing. The order that I was picking up today had both drinks missing and when I asked at the counter I was handed to two normal sized drink cups and told that they are out of half the drinks on the fountain. But if I could find something that is what they would be able to give me. I am very unhappy and I requested a refund but nobody has gotten back to me about it
I come here on most school days to get two special needs grandchildren their favorite meal. The order has to be with no lettuce and they alway get it correct. Everyone is helpful and courteous.
