Incredibly slow service I was stuck in the drive-thru for about 45 minutes, an AI robot takes your order, the workers seem to hate their job, just a nightmare experience overall
Confused on what the drive thru person gets paid to do. Pulled up and the whole drive thru order speaker was automated. Same for the person behind me. And the person behind them. I know because I waited about 20 minutes for my food and the automated system was SO annoyingly loud. Got to the window finally and a lady with no expression on her face at all hands my food out with not a single word, I look at her and say thank you, she says nothing back. This place is insanely slow. There were three ahead of me in line and it took about 30mins to get through the drive through.
i can’t stand this establishment and after countless times of having horrible service i’m finally writing a review. i pay extra money for a side of sauce and you guys couldn’t even fill the cup halfway and this isn’t the first time either. i stopped asking for extra sauce on my quesadilla because everytime i do that, you don’t give it to me EVEN THO I PAY EXTRA FOR IT. either way i can’t get you guys to comprehend the order. on top of that, everytime i order a quesadilla, there’s always an issue. the last time 2 times, they ... read more
