If we could put zero stars we would. Got our order completely incorrect. The sauce packets were wrapped in the burrito wrapper and when asked for a refund we got told since they are a franchise they don’t do that.
When I drove up on my break. I pulled up starving I hadn’t eaten all day. Beginning at the order the man was sarcastic and dismissive and condescending. The men at the window behaved as if putting my my dood in my hands was disruptive and that they were out upon. My friend attempted complimenting for what she deemed as patience and I saw as passive aggressive acerbic nature odd the order taker. Waited in line 20 minutes for nothing! I’m glad I didn’t order anything because it probably would’ve been as bad as the service.
