I just ordered door dash from this store and they hooked it up with the sauces!
Should have checked the recent reviews. I ordered ONE burrito, that’s it and i waited at least 20 minutes in drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Something’s going on at this location, and it’s not good. Check all the recent reviews below this.
Terrible Customer Service! Where Is the Manager? Some of the kitchen staff at this Taco Bell are absolutely horrible! I placed my order through the app, and when I got to the counter, I told two employees in the kitchen that I was there to pick up my order. They both seemed extremely annoyed and rudely told me to wait. Seriously? My food was sitting right there, ready to be picked up, yet they made me wait while the two of them stood around chatting. I have been waiting more than an hour and asked them multiple times about my order status and they kept telling me to wait. and now they tell me that they gave my order to someone else? They didnt even bother to say sorry, they didnt even care a bit. Really bad customer service. Will never go back here.
