Was in the drive through, got all the right food but no fork to eat the food so I had to go into the store. The worker apologized greatly, and gave us utensils so we didn't have to wait for the guy hogging up the table with the utensils on it in the lobby.
This Taco Bell is so odd. Sometimes it’s open late sometimes it’s not. I also understand shortage of staff so hours might fluctuate. But where I got confused is, I got told they aren’t taking orders but there are people ordering off the kiosks inside. So my only feed back is, most the time your foods decent. It’s Taco Bell. No high expectations… but the service. Weird. You could at least attempt to be consistent there.
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Two workers were fighting the whole time I waited for my order, and they forgot a taco. There are much more nicer taco bells than this
