This Taco Bell location does a good job at making tasty food, but the service isn't always great. I've needed to go inside a few times because of a wrong or missing item. There was one time they made my online order as soon as I placed it, causing the food to be cold by the time I arrived. There are times where this location is slow, but I've noticed this at a lot of fast food locations in New Philadelphia, so I don't think this is unique.
Kari and her phenomenal team do a hell of a job CONSISTENTLY!! You can see how a dedicated manager that cares reflects the whole team's performance 💯!! Appreciate all ya'll
