Google rated the location as less busy than usual. I was the only customer initially with no drive-thru customers. The General Manager came to the register and I ordered a side of rice and a side of pinto beans she was unaware if they served pinto beans and offered black beans instead. After a back and forth I finally convinced her to check with staff to ascertain if they had beans. I was informed I could only get pintos and cheese. Soft tacos and crunch wraps are my favorites. I wish they'd bring back the apple cinnamon empanadas They keep changing the menu items, and that's why they lose customers
The taco shells are stale. Not cool to get home and eat old shells. The staff who put them together obviously knew they were stale and didn’t care. Yuck!
