I refuse to go to this location again. Taco Bell corporate said they will not force AI on us and that we can ask for a human. However, I literally just witnessed where that was not honored and the person was told they had to use AI and the AI got it wrong and they brought it in and they wouldn’t help him with it. I went inside in person just to order two large drinks and was told I had to use the AI machine.
