La seorita que que toma las rdenes que no habla espaol y que me vende un vaso de agua de mquina y mi orden no era lo que ped ya no para volver la gas est cara pero no vuelvo a ese lugar 💩
Very very rude stafffffff😡😡😡😡😡😡
The person working at the front is terrible; he has absolutely no idea how to speak to people. He doesn't know how to interact with customers. I came to pick up my order and waited for 20 minutes, yet he didn't even ask why I was standing there. When I finally told him I had an order to pick up, he refused to give it to me and was rude to me. This is awful service—the worst in all of Bakersfield. I don't know what kind of attitude he has, but I couldn't care less about it.
There is a lady here that works on Wednesdays who does THE MOST to make sure you have an amazing experience! She checked in with every dine in guest, helped people at the kiosk, greeted everyone, wished everyone that left a blessed day, was keeping the place immaculate and was just an all around delight! Made my Taco Bell experience feel like a Michelin restaurant!
Delissa was very courteous, helpful, and professional. They're should be more of her like her. Thank you and keep up the good work!
