The manager Storm is a great kind lady very professional didn't wait long at all she helped me find a substitute for an item they no longer have very pleased Storm the manager absolutely needs a raise
This Taco Bell is the best. The young lady with the blonde hair that works mornings is so nice and always makes sure everything is correct. The older gentleman who works nights with the best attitude is just as great as well. Food is always great.
Pulled in at 1230am, I work 3rd shift close by. Pulled into drive thru. Employee told me they were only taking, doordash or internet orders. That was a complete lie. As I Pulled around to leave, she was locking up the door. Closing is at 1am. Not 1230am.
Less than stellar experience during last visit yesterday. Team member Kylah P mumbles and can’t be heard while ordering, even after politely requesting she repeat her words - no idea if customer is being heard. When you drive around to the window to pay and pickup, she just sticks her hand out of the window for your payment - there's no "hello", she doesn't repeat the total to confirm, she doesn't ask if you need napkins or sauce, no verbal acknowledgement.
