apparently, this Taco Bell is not actually a fast food establishment. It is a wait 20 minutes and maybe get the correct food place. I had an already annoying day at work and just wanted to enjoy my chips and burrito on the way home. It takes me almost 15 minutes waiting at the drive-through before I gave up and went inside. I ordered Taco Bell through Uber Eats and found a cockroach in my food. Not only was there a cockroach in my meal, but it was still alive the next day, which made the situation even more disturbing. I contacted the restaurant and was told they could remake the food, but that was the only solution offered. Finding a cockroach in prepared food is a serious health and sanitation issue and should never happen. I have never felt so disgusted by a food order in my life.
