Waited over an hour in line just to order. Unbelievable.

We ordered through DoorDash and waited half an hour before getting in the drive thru to try another method to get our food. We waited another forty minutes and were threatened with having the police called on us if we didn’t leave. It took contact with DoorDash and Taco Bell corporate to “resolve” the issue. The staff is incompetent, entitled, and extremely rude.

The food is always fine and the drive through is pretty slow. Maybe this is because while I am sitting, waiting on my food at the window, I watch the employee who made it playing on their phone, with their gloves still on, and then go make my burrito and touch the ingredients with the same gloves on ??? Hello ohmygod. I don't usually nit-pick about things like that, but that is so disgusting. Also, why are you on your phone and laughing and talking to people when you could be, I don't know, making my food??
