I came here yesterday and ordered a crunch wrap box through the app. Crunch wrap was dropped onto the grill bc the folds came undone and it was open and not sealed closed. I showed them and they were quick to remake and was super fresh. Came here again today and just got a quick snack. I just got a potato soft taco, that I ordered off of the app. I left before biting into my taco. It's really disappointing bc the potatoes were harder than rocks. The taco was inedible. Came through the drive through at about 7:30 pm, not super busy but a bit of a line so I wasn't expecting anything crazy. However, the dude working the window was barely conscious he was so intoxicated, completely forgot my change and gave me the wrong order, I received the order of a car two places ahead of me. Oh and just the silly cherry on top, their order didn't have the right sauce or items listed on their receipt.
This is what service looks like. These two were in the bag onto of the fires , so nothing crushed them they just decided to do a poor job. Could not fold them and was so poorly made legit barely any chicken and I paid extra for chicken. Thanks guys! Will not go back here.
