I went there as a dasher last night and they were so rude . I went there to pick up my 2 orders . They asked me to spin around because orders were not ready and i agreed . They gave me one order and for second order they said me to go around again . And my like why should i go back again and stand behind 2 cars . In response they said me to cancel the order or move around. They behaved with me in a very inappropriate manner . There were two employees and its around 111:00 pm , jan 10
I usually don’t go to drive-through, but I was in a rush, They give me the wrong food Then I had to go inside and ask the manager to help me. She didn’t even ask me a question. She made the food right away and apologized with a smile and I was really happy. I think that was the best customer service I ever had and Taco Bell or fast food. thank you faride
The Taco Bell on Bruce Will, we got some food yesterday around 12 o’clock. They messed up my burrito, but I had the manager faridaa She helped us out. She was awesome. I just wanna say thank you
