I usually have a good experience at this location but recently I have not. The speaker never work when I pull up until I drive off and that’s when they come to the speaker. Today, they gave me the wrong drink, and I went inside to get the right one but they still handed me the wrong one and rushed me off. I do not recommend this location anymore until they get new staff.
Ordered 3 tacos on the app. Got there 10 mins after ordering, went through the drive thru to get them and was asked to go park and they would bring them out. Waited 10 more mins before getting the tacos. Couldn't eat them because the soft taco was all wet and the crunchy tacos had something slimy on the outside of them. Gross. Never again
Always understaffed,but the crew they have are solid. Food is always accurate and tastes good. It's just going to take a minute to get it.
I don’t usually have issues with this Taco Bell but tonight was just a really bad experience. Customer service aside, we ordered the chicken burrito luxe box and a chicken cantina crispy taco. the tacos from the box were great but the chicken in both the burrito and cantina taco were completely inedible. When I cut the burrito in half the chicken was rock hard and so dark I thought it was steak or something at first.
