Poor customer service and communication.
This place honestly boggles the mind. By far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, every time. I’m talking fresh, tasty, accurate, and surprisingly fast for how many people they have to deal with on base. I’ve been here for years and they never miss: I’ve had the same food from off-base Taco Bells 10 minutes away and it’s a sad ripoff of the food here. Ordered through DoorDash and it’s happened many times before this. They forget at least 1 thing EVERYTIME without fail. This Taco Bell is probably one of the WORST places to order online. Foods not even as good as it could be. When you go in person the line takes FOREVER because the employees move like sloths like they don’t actually wanna work.
I’ve been in line for almost 30 minutes. I don’t think these workers can move any slower. It’s like the dmv from zootopia with the sloths
