Came in to pick up my mobile order placed at 5 which said it’ll be ready at 5:17… I arrived 2 minutes early…. Only to wait 9 minutes to even be acknowledged by crew who were busy talking and playing around. My fries were cold as heck and got a cool message on one of my boxes stating they didn’t have potatoes. You’d think they would have asked to substitute it with something else
Waited over 20 minutes Manager was rude instantly, purposely leaving drive through customers waiting in order to fulfill DoorDash orders, immediately turned to canceling my online order before giving me any information on my wait, unprofessional and should be let go, customer service has been failed at this particular Taco Bell I will not be returning
