I got a luxe box, and I open it, take all my food out, and what do ya know, there are tiny little bugs all over the box. It was disgusting. I had to throw my food away because who knows if the bugs were also inside the food or whatever. I contacted Taco Bell, and I haven’t gotten any response yet.
Firstly, I didn't get all of the food I ordered and had to go back in to get it.... then the food was gross!! Taco shells were stale, the little new back bowl was full of some kind of liquid and I had to pour out the excess stuff (I ended up not even eating it) Save your money and use the little extra gas to go to the one down the road or in Fishhawk!!
Great steak sandwich
I have been a loyal customer at this location for quite some time, but after today’s experience, my family and I will not be returning. The customer service was unacceptable. The mobile app rewards are clearly advertised and promoted, yet when I attempted to redeem a reward, the manager (Lavel or Lavon) told me he “did not know how to use the app,” and therefore I would not be able to use it.
