This taco bell is the worst in the city; consistently makes food wrong (doesn't take off requested ingredients, swaps orders and items with other customers, messy/open wrappers that spill everywhere), treats customers Rudely, and never fails to be a mess inside.
Best taco bell in grandrapids all the others just don't do it like this one does.

White young lady working the drive thru window was very very disrespectful. Her attitude was just unprofessional. I checked in with my check in code and ordered on top of that . She yet still proceeded to tell me I have to go back in line just for the drink that I ordered as a free reward. (keep in mind it was sitting at the window when we pulled up for the first time) As we pull back up (the second time) I thought she was going to get a new one and she grabbed the one that was sitting there from before.
