Just terrible. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in years and was so disappointed with this experience. I ordered two bean burritos and two cheesy gordita crunches (sub bean for meat), and although those were in the bag they were cold and incredibly unappetizing. There was no sauce, even though it was printed on the bag as part of our order, and the side of guacamole was brown and inedible. Staff is consistently rude and service consistently slow. I live their chips and cheese and get 5 chips and some crumbs for $4. Prices are ridiculously high to begin with, then you serve this bs off at this price? I dont know how you stay in business with the atrocious way this is managed.
When you pay almost $12.00 for a CHEESE quesadilla with extra sauce and it comes flat with barley cheese or sauce get real
