Waited an unreasonably long time in the drive-thru with extremely poor standards of my meal. I ordered my tacos with no lettuce, it came out nearly empty with barely any meat or cheese, the photo speaks for itself. Corners being cut while still charging full price. Between the long wait and the disappointing quality, I’d recommend to avoid this location. Hopefully management pays more attention to food preparation and quality control because this was unacceptable
very unprofessional called about a problem n got hung up on by lady otp. taco came disgusting. keep in mind i got black beans. everything is overcooked and missing items.
I have had multiple bad experiences at this location and finally decided to leave a review. Orders are consistently made incorrectly even when instructions are clearly stated, and customer requests are not being followed. The staff and management (Manager Lucretia) both come across as unprofessional, and there is a lack of accountability when issues are brought up.
