Made me sit at drive thru speaker for 10 mins after acknowledging I was there, with no one in drive thru and hardly anyone inside. Then proceeded to tell me not to pull around till she told me to pull around after confirming my mobile order. I do not care about your drive thru timers. Super unprofessional to have customers waiting at the speaker and telling them do not pull around till I tell you to pull around.
They were nice but said they were waiting on my chicken, then gave me my order without the 2 piece, of course I found out when I'm already home SMH!
