Horrible service and incorrect hours
This taco bell has a SEVERE management and staffing issue. Every time i go there are only 2 people on a shift and a ridiculously long wait and they run out of things like crazy. And 9/10 times the order is prepared wrong. I ordered tonight on the taco bell app around 7:30. Delivery time was supposed to be 8:50pm. By 9:30, we went through 3 door dash drivers and then it was cancelled in the taco bell app with 0 refund. I called the store which, the employee was very nice. Tried to go here twice the last 2 weeks, during, normal business hours, and they've been closed. They also don't answer the phone or have a sign posted on the door stating that their closure is temporary -- so it must be permanent. Don't waste your time going here.
The female night shift staff,yes you working at 10:30pm on 6/21/26 I didn't catch your name but I won't make that mistake again, was VERY disrespectful because she didn't want to make my order and tried to act like she didn't see it. I had to cancel and travel 5 extra miles to go get my food. You need to train your staff on customer service because that was not appropriate whatsoever.
