This was honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a long time. First of all, the wait time was almost 20 minutes, which is already ridiculous for a simple order pickup. But the real problem started at the window. The employee handing out orders behaved completely unprofessionally. She was yelling, getting irritated, slamming the window, and clearly struggling to understand basic English. Terrible experience. The men that run the drive through are rude and take way too long with no explanation. The lady that served me was the nicest. Takes up to 25 min for food to be ready.
"Fast Food" Sure if the definition of fast means 30 minutes for a Taco or a Burrito. This place sucks big time. Wasted my lunch break waiting for a burrito.
