Ordered food from Uber eat waited said was ready went to go get it they told me they never got it and so tried getting a refund couldn't then they marked it as picked up so now Uber just tells me to talk to them and they won't answer their phone when I tried calling will never go to a taco bell again and will never use Uber eat again this is crazy over 100$ gone
My wife and I walked in and walked up to the counter. The lady come over and said you have to order at the kiosk then she said if you don’t know how to order at the kiosk, I will help you then she made some conversation all the time it took her to explain everything she could’ve took my order so we walked out and went next-door to Arby’s where we got service at the counter and good food.
