Pulled into drive through and was told it would be a wait. Waited over 10 min sitting at the drive thru screen. Ordered a quesadilla meal and taco was missing I didnt realize until I got home because they put the quesadilla in a box
ordered four avocado salsa paid for them. Also paid for that new queso didn’t get anything in the bag I had placed a mobile order so when I went through the drive-through, I told them my name he told me that they had the order at the end. I didn’t hear what he said so I just continue to drive to the drive-through window when I got to the window. I ordered two cantina burritos and they were both cold inside and out. I guess they make food in advance and let it sit until someone wants it.
WTH, sitting in drive thru 20 minutes. Terrible service
