Hi, I visited your location around 11:00 PM and went through the drive-thru. There was only one car ahead of me. After the car in front placed their order, I pulled up to the speaker and was told there was no cashier available and that it would take about 20 minutes just to take my order. I was surprised since there was only one vehicle ahead of me. I wanted to share this experience because it was disappointing and I'd appreciate understanding what happened that night.
Very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. The employee taking drive-thru orders (an older gentleman with glasses) was rude from the start. I asked for a bean burrito, and when I asked what bean options were available, he responded in an aggressive tone that felt like he was yelling at me. Don’t go in this place Staff behaviour is rude, not talking properly into drive thru and food is not acceptable
If you’re delivering food avoid this place at all costs at night. Look I get sometimes orders get picked up and I have to unassign but when I get to the speaker don’t tell me to pull around then tell me after 50 mins of waiting you can’t find the order. I asked if she could please check the system and she went back to making food for 10 mins then came to the window and asked “what’s the name again”. Seriously the customer service here is awful.
