On the night of October 11, very disappointed with this Taco Bell. The staff were extremely unprofessional - shouting and creating chaos, like a zoo. Our order took a very long time: we waited in the drive-thru line for over 45 minutes for a small order. The woman in front of us had to return twice because her order was incorrect, which made our wait even longer. Very unpleasant experience - hope management takes action.
My 2 tacos were made very wrong when they were just supposed to be soft tacos, also asked for no ice and was given extra.
The girl who took my order was incredibly rude. She has glasses black hair. Gave an attitude when I was trying to order my food and stared at us blankly when we pulled up horrible horrible horrible costumer service.
At about 10:40pm, I pulled up and saw 2 employees inside. The young lady looked dead at me and looked away like I wasn't there, the young man never turned to look at me. Waited for a few minutes and pulled up to the window. Once again, was looked at and disregarded by the same young lady and the young man kept his back turned to me.
