An hour in the drive thru. Ordered 3 combos. Drive thru person replies "you have to be sitting me" and very angrily gives me my total like I ruined her night. Get to the window and she is ranting about door dash drivers and how they should go back to their own country and using all sorts of profanity. Oh, the food was nothing special either.
Went there at night at night waited 45 mins only to be greeted by a rude and angry person taking my order didn't even give me for 5 second before telling me to hurry put was in the middle of order my food and she cut me off so I order 35 dollars worth the food ordered 2 naco fries two cheesy chulpa 2 chicken 2 steak for a total of 8 because to could in each order I come which they charged me as such pull up to the window she hands me my food I check it I realize it's wrong a d go to hand her the back she refuses wants to arg... read more
I’ve never left a bad review, but feel the need to after my experience last night. This Taco Bell is by far the worst place I have ever been to. The workers have the absolute WORST attitude. No one is forcing you to work there, stop taking it out on paying customers. Sorry you have to do your job. Womp womp.
On Tuesday 11th around 12:15 PM, I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The cashier was already disrespectful in person, and to make it worse, she forgot part of my order. When I called the store to address it, she literally answered the phone with “What’s up” like she was talking to a friend, not a paying customer. No greeting, no professionalism, no care.
