The AI drive thru is wild- hard pass. You'll have an easier time ordering at the Jack-N-The-Box around the corner
5 star service for a fast food joint - great people and in and out every time! Worth taking the time to review. Keep doing an awesome job!
Horrible customer service at drive through. Everytime I make a purchase my food is either cold or old tasting.
Went right before closing and the food was hot and top nacho...as far as Taco Bell goes.
The staff is GREAT but the AI they’re using to take orders in the drive-thru is awful. USE REAL PEOPLE, the AI doesn’t get dairy issues. ** Update… my partner asked for no meat because she’s vegetarian and the stupid AI still included it. I hate what’s happening with food service, this is aweful and will reconsider keeping this chain in our rotation
