The employee working on June 21 around 7:50 AM provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He forgot the drink in my order, acted annoyed when I asked about it, and then told me to get the straw myself. 20 min wait even though there were only 5 customers!!! The food packaging was sloppy, one of my taco fell over in the bag spilling cheese everywhere, and the cheese was cold. The cheese quesadilla was red hot on the other hand. FYI the drive thru is for compact cars only.
Have been having difficulties with the Ai drive thru ordering system. If you yell at it or be loud about getting a person you can actually get help and not get your order messed up which is nice at least.
