Closes too early. When open the drive thru is often backed up out to the street. Have to drive down to the Taco Bell that operates normally. Still has the worst drive thru service ever.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I just picked up my order through the drive-thru, and the young male employee working at the window was unbelievably rude and dismissive. He had what looked like a star-shaped sticker or marking on his neck, so management should be able to identify who I am referring to. The food was handed to me leaking and spilling everywhere, with no apology and no attempt to fix the problem. He simply walked away and acted as if it was not his responsibility.
