We ordered the taco/burrito value pack w/2 chips and queso and 2 extra nacho cheese sauce. Well needless to say once again we had missing items. Why can't you people read the ticket and look in the bag to make sure all the items are there? Why is this so hard? We never got our chips or any of our salsa packets or cheese sauces. I understand the kids working there don't got no skin in the game but the managers/owners need to do something specially with prices goin up.... If I could've gave a lower score I would have.... They forgot some of the order so my wife got all the way home and had to go back and they didn't even offer nothing in return I order extra red sauce and got no red sauce .. Wonderful service!
Ordered a five layer burrito and this is what we got. The regular burritos I ordered looked bigger than this one. Just sad that we pay for a service and product that is trash. Never going to this branch again.
