The crew member taking orders was articulate & polite. The food was prepared in a timely manner & they customized my order exactly the way I requested on the Taco Bell app. All they had to do was get my order right and I would've still gave them 5 ☆'s for getting my order right, but they provided an outstanding customer satisfaction above & beyond what was expected.
I'm leaving such a poor review after weeks of trying to get in contact with a manager because every order that I placed through DoorDash is incorrect. I can tell they didn't fully read my order because things that I can't have on my burrito. I always end up getting. I tried to call to see if I can get a refund or speak to someone and figure out if I could get it replaced and I'm just ignored or left on hold. Very unfortunate that I love Taco Bell, but this is the only one close to me.
