Incredibly slow. Clearly not prepared for lunch hour. 30 minutes in the drive thru. Updating because I'm sick of paying extra for extra sauce and condiments and not getting them. Yall just went down from 3 to 2 stars.
Warning on ordering here! They haven’t gotten a single order of mine correct since I’ve lived off of Alpine (5years). They always leave at least one thing out. I also sub potato for meat and I feel like that wouldn’t be difficult to figure out, but every time it’s a big issue and doesn’t get made correctly. They’ve also started filling the cheese cups half way full. Management needs to take a look at this location because it’s been headed down hill. The wait time is also incredibly long even when there isn’t a line.
They got to do better with their customer service, it is awful! Especially the staff that works there in the evenings, they get the orders wrong, they don't greet you, and some of them have a really bad attitude.
Every time I order at this restaurant the night shift messes up my order & gives me nothing i ordered a crunch wrap supreme double meat & the gave me a tortilla filled with hard shells & sour cream its always the night shift they need a new night shift manager
