I'm going to try VERY hard not to yield to the temptation of patronizing this unit because its employees working tonight were just stupid. There's no reason whatsoever for them to loudly say my name repeatedly, over and over, in front of a dining room full of people. It's annoying and pointless. I don't necessarily want a crowd of strangers to know my name or my habits. The employees need to keep their customers' privacy in mind.
